Before choosing 'A and A' I had done a lot of research to ensure that I would select a reputable company who would stand by their work. I could not have made a better choice. Not only is the product beautiful and built exactly to my requirements, but their level of customer service and support is what every service provider should aspire to achieve. My customer-service representative, Kyle Dunn, has been exceptional in providing the best customer service possible. He carefully listened to my needs and concerns and always offered perfect solutions. I also want to give a huge thank you to service representative David Torres, who carefully listened to my ideas and requests and has always responded with thoughtful suggestions. He is very skilled with the technical craftsmanship needed for his job and has also been a major part of this project. Both of these men are quick to respond to my questions and requests and they carefully explained things to me. This whole project was handled wonderfully and I want to commend Kyle and David for making me a very satisfied customer. I give A&A my highest recommendation. A and A Fence & Concrete did a wonderful job with our new fence. Art and his crew were very professional all the way from the bid to install to clean up. We were very pleased. I wish I had better pictures to show off the new fence, but its the fall season and so the yard is a little scattered with leaves.

The fence and patio were terrific from the beginning, but I had a few concerns about the flagstone walkways. Upon contacting you about some questions I had regarding the job, you volunteered to come by and look at the job yourself. I was only concerned with the expansion joint, but thought the concrete work was acceptable. What you did next was truly amazing. After seeing the job you called me and stated that you wanted to tear out all the concrete and flagstone and completely redo the job. At your expense! You told me that you were not satisfied with the quality your crew had provided, and that they were being terminated and insisted that I allow you to replace the entire job for free. As a business owner, I know what it is like to have something go wrong on a job and I have to make it right at my own expense. This type of honor and ethic in today’s world is rare and I commend you for doing the right thing when actually, I would not have pushed you to go to so much trouble. You are one of the most honest and ethical business people I have ever dealt with. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and our home.

A&A arrived on the day they told us, the old fence was gone quickly and the posts installed. A day later, the A&A team came back and built the fence one section at a time. It is beautiful, straight, clean and smells great (cedar). The A&A team was professional, courteous and patient with us. We shopped a few fence companies, but continued to come back to A&A. I like dealing with a local family owned company and all these reasons added up to A&A getting the job. I would hire A&A again tomorrow for additional work.

We went with the 8 foot fence. They built the fence board by board, not pre-fabricated. They also used thicker runners and pressure treated wood. They were also willing to come out and fix any mistakes. We will use them again when we add on to the sides of the fence.

A and A Fence appears to have done a superbly beautiful job on the fence and installation work at my place in Venus, Texas on May 4th & 5th, 2010. John and Henry were the principals in the work and most certainly come highly recommended.

I called on a Saturday morning and asked for an estimate. By that afternoon, someone was at my house and gave me the estimate and quoted a 2 day job. He was already on his way to another job in the area, but I appreciated him taking the time to stop by my house on the way without having to be prescheduled. We agreed to have the crew come out on Thursday and without having to follow up, the crew came on time, took care of business and finished early (1 day). Quality work, professional, very friendly and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

We had a wood fence and gate installed on the side of our house, replacing a chain link fence. It blends in with the existing back fence perfectly and we couldn't be happier with its appearance. The new gate is tall and sturdy. Kyle Dunn, project manager for this job, was wonderful. He discussed the various options for the fencing material and gave us an estimate in a timely manner. He was always available to answer questions and address concerns. The crew actually came a day earlier than scheduled and got the job done in just one day. Kyle was there the next day to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the whole project from the initial meeting to the finished product. It couldn't have gone any smoother!
